Once scrap materials are collected and payment is completed, the transaction is considered final.
Due to the nature of scrap buying, refunds are generally not applicable after pickup and payment.
Payment Confirmation
- Payment is made only after inspection and mutual agreement on the final price.
- Payments are completed immediately through cash or approved digital payment methods.
- Customers are advised to confirm the price, weight, and payment amount before completing the transaction.
After payment is made and scrap is collected, no refunds or reversals will be issued.
Exceptional Refund Cases
Refunds may be considered only in rare situations, such as:
- Duplicate payment caused by a verified technical error
- Incorrect payment amount due to a confirmed calculation mistake
